This error indicates that the username/email or password was entered incorrectly.
- Verify your credentials by logging in with the same data in the manufacturer portal of your PV system (or other device).
- Reset the password in the manufacturer portal and try to register your system with us using the new password.
- If only a serial number or similar is required for registration, please double-check it character by character. It is easy to confuse the letter 'O' with the number '0'.
